Yale School of Drama/Yale Repertory Theatre Seeks Director for Development

Senior Associate Director for Development.  Yale School of Drama/Yale Repertory Theatre (YSD/YRT) seeks a highly motivated and confident individual to serve as primary writer and editor for YSD/YRT Development and Alumni Affairs Department, and to develop and implement corporate, foundation, and government gifts and grants fundraising strategies and plans.  BA, five years experience in institutional writing (including grants and stewardship), and experience with fundraising required.  Must be able to work in team environment, possess strong problem solving skills and mentor graduate professional students.  Experience working in the theatre, performing or fine arts or higher education a plus.
