Penn State School of Theatre seeks candidates for the position of Costume Design teacher for instruction at both BFA and MFA levels. We seek a working designer with accomplishment in both the professional world and university setting. Teaching experience in design as well as a complementary area of costume is desired. Costume area is comprised of three full time faculty and two staff, six to eight graduate students and ten to twelve undergraduates. Opportunities for foreign travel exist. MFA or equivalent degree required. This is a tenured/tenure track position, academic rank and salary commensurate with experience.
