Director of Marketing and Development-Triad Stage

Triad Stage, an LOA to LORT-D Theater producing in both Greensboro and Winston-Salem, NC, is seeking a full-time, Director of Marketing and Development. The Director will create and implement Triad Stage’s marketing and development strategies. They will work collaboratively with the Producing Artistic Director, members of Triad Stage’s Producing Team, and the Board of Trustees on developing a strategic multi-year plan that addresses the short and long term financial goals of the theater. Responsibilities include: season pass and single ticket campaigns, overseeing the development and execution of all advertising and promotional efforts, responsibility for the ticket sales, individual, corporate, foundation, and special event fundraising goals for the theatre, and audience and community engagement initiatives .

An ideal candidate will have 5+ years of marketing and/or development experience, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, experience with budgeting and developing income goals, and a proven track record that demonstrates success in increasing earned and/or contributed revenue. Multimedia Manager

wo River Theater in Red Bank, NJ, is looking for an extremely creative digital storyteller and strategic online marketer to develop, implement, track and optimize all of the theater’s multimedia campaigns. The Multimedia Manager will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as professional videographers and photographers) and vendors to launch successful digital campaigns on time and on budget.
